Called out Ed who checked the gutters and confirmed that there was a lot of mud plus one of the gutters was not properly connected. Ed swiftly removed a few buckets of muck and cleaned them properly, checking the condition and adjusting to ensure correctly aligned. Very polite and easy to deal with.
